MABA is the pride and joy of our founder, Mariane de Guzman.
Mariane has amassed over 24 years of extensive experience in the fields of hospitality, sales, marketing, administration, corporate structuring, and advisory services. In the past 15 years, her primary focus has been on optimizing business operations, addressing both foundational elements and intricate details.
She held the position of Managing Director at a prominent corporate services firm in Dubai, where she refined her skills and developed the ability to navigate both simple and complex organizational structures. Mariane is recognized for her strong business ethics, unwavering commitment to quality, and dedication to transparency, consistently applying these principles across all situations.
Prior to founding MABA in 2020, she established and managed a corporate service provider business in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
As an innovative and dedicated professional, she has a proven track record of facilitating client success in an efficient and pragmatic manner.
Mariane is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and is an alumnus of Columbia Business School in New York, where she completed the Advanced Management Program.
